Welcome to Lui's, Erie's first Chinese Restaurant. We have some of the best Chinese food you've ever tasted! We offer not only traditional Chinese food, but also "Lui's Creations" --dishes that have delighted diners in Chef Lui's other restaurants for years. Located in Erie Commons, two buildings north of Summit Bank, our dining room boasts awesome service and a panoramic view of the front range. We have a unique bar with everything from domestic beer to exotic tropical drinks and martinis. .
Chef Lui has more than 25 years restaurant experience. He started his career training in four-star restaurants in New York City. He owned and operated critically acclaimed restaurants in New York, New Jersey, Vermont and Florida. Notably, the Silver Palace in Burlington, VT, the Rainbow Palace in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and, most recently, the Silver Palace in Boulder, CO.
Chef Lui strives to bring you the highest quality, best tasting Chinese food you've ever eaten. He uses only the best cuts of meat - Chicken Breast, Pork Shoulder, Flank Steak - and only Grade A Vegetables - the freshest available. Every dish you order is nutritious and delicious. No surprises. No "Mystery Meats." No MSG. Plus, everything is made to order, so if you would like to add something or take something away, we are happy to oblige!
